Default whats the ettiquette on this sort of thing?

A webmaster signed up for a trade with poorteds - but I am pretty sure theres some underage photos on his site - they certainly look like something the grand jury gets to consider!
Do I just ignore him and accept his hits til he sees I aint interested? Do I message him and say no thanks?

If you are fairly sure it is CP: http://www.asacp.org/index.php?content=report

And of course disable or delete the trade if it is active. You don't want to send hits to them! You don't necessarily have to tell him anything. I probably wouldn't if you are sure of what it is. If they hit you up either ignore them or just say "sorry, I don't like the content". It's a potentially tricky situation legally because in your jurisdiction there might be specific laws for how you are required to handle a situation like this.

Well from experience most of those types of sites are probably sending you fake traffic anyways. Block/blacklist and move on.

Yup, I agree. You DO NOT want to be associated in anyway with a site like that. If YOU think it's CP (or could be considered CP) then it's a sure bet others do (and will) as well.
