It's understandable but in the end if you install a script from someone (and especially if it is encoded) then you are trusting them nearly in the same way because they could write things into the script you are running to do pretty much the same stuff you are worried about them being able to dofrom an ftp account.

when adding a site whats the difference between site URL and flashgals URL?

You can check out FlashGals, it's free. You can use it as both a cms or to create tube site. I wish I have an example to show you, but I sold my network about a year or two ago. The owner who bought it turn it all into illegal tube or direct it to his illegal tube.

It's really easy to use. Not sure if the creator of Flashgal still providing support but you can contact him. It's the only one I like, not because it free, but simple to use and convert existing FHG to tube for you with just a click of a button.

Other than that I like TubeX from jmbsoft (just 25 bucks) but again no support. WP tube would also be an option.

Again, don't expect great support services for free/cheap stuff, but they are free :-)

When I go to http://hitdat.net/ (your main page of course), adblock plus is blocking EVERY thumb on the page and I'm guessing because they're 100x100 (scaled to 150x150). In order to avoid this you should off-the-wall thumb dimensions, for example, http://hitdat.net/1spon/amdoe/.

There are some sizes used mostly for banner and button ads and those are sdimensions you want to stay FAR away from. Mainly square dimensions such as 150x150, 250x250, 300x300...you get the idea.

wow I thought it was because adblock has realitykings on its shit list....its the thumb sizes that do it?? ok I'll twick the dimensions and put adblocker back on and test it out.

Well, the dimension changes made zero difference. Just hope your visitors aren't using Adblock Plus?
Your original thumb dimensions are 100 x 100 (and that's the size prolly being blocked) and any dimensions you change only re-scale the images to the new size you set. The main page is only showing the thumbs as 100 x 100 no matter what size you change them to.

The most basic of adblockers block ads by 'default' sizes. Maybe it is because they're RealityKings, but, If that's the case, maybe having the main page being only them is a bad idea?

Maybe add an adblocker detection script that pops a prompt asking viewers to turn of their adblock in order to view your site at it's highest level of enjoyment OR to get full enjoyment from your site, they should turn of adblocking for your site?

You could even forgo the script and just put the suggestion in a line of text somewhere near the top of your site.

thanks - I'll look into nubiles. I have tubex and it was great for a while but now its crashing every day - at some point in the day - and I am not even sure if its someone intentionally doing it - anyway I gotta call my $25 bucks to tubex a loss and find a replacement.

I owe Tubex an apology - it was my hosting company (again ) at fault. Problem solved once I got a server monitor on my phone to give me the exact time(s) then the header file was getting killed - thats how I got my hosting company to figure out it was their malware scanner!

So anyway Tubex for $25 for one domain and $20 for each additional domain - gives you a lot for the buck. A real lot actually. The documentation isnt half bad (but you should be good with figuring out how to tweek HTML code).
AND like its been said before there isnt any support for it. You'll be lucky to get an informed response on the forum.
so when its all said and done and I've tried out the other tube scripts - for cheap and bang for the buck - jmbsoft's tubex is the tube script so far that fits the bill.

I must say that yes the real bang for the buck would be a Tubex, cant beat the price, but as far as i know there is a jmbsoft unofficial site i think its called c l peters for support. I wish there was a skim version of smart tube, to actually try out. I've been lurking on the boards and finally got the balls to post something, anyway Hi everyone. I have a few trading tubes running smartcj and they offer a skim version. I'm not that familiar with its workings as I didn't set them up but seems to be a rather powerful and scalable script. Bit like a Russian stxt

With the limited changes your script allows, ALL nubiles tube sites look the same, aside from the content and paysite links on them. Hi guys, I am a bit of a newby... started only in January of this year, and perhaps you have already resolved this, but for anyone else looking, you can try out wpxtube dot com
It is a free tube script that runs off wordpress. There are two sponsors you have to keep on, but you can disable some videos as well if they do not fit into your niche. Thereafter you can add rss feeds as you want.
Their support was also really kind and helped me set up my tube site.
