Where to Find Great Affiliates to Promote our Niche Site?

This is my first post on the forums, so be kind. It's an open question since our Step1models.com site opened over a year ago and finding affiliates to promote the site is hard - where to find them?

We've offered stuff through CCbill like:
- 50% commission, lifetime
- FHG and custom galleries.

We're also able to get our models to "shout out" sites who promote us, which I think is a unique feature...

Can anyone advise on how to be "found" and promoted.

You might start with posting a few hosted galleries so folks can decide if they want to promote what you offer. I for one am a gallery submitter so I either need good hosted gals (20-30 second vids or 15-16 hi res pics) that I am aloud to use the content from or downloadable content that I can cut apart for clips and photo gals. You should also give a short dissertation on the niche, what you offer and anything special about your site that will separate you from the pack.

Thanks. I pm'd you with examples as I didn't want the galleries to be "out there" as I thought I could help focus on getting custom content to affiliates.

The galleries at the moment comprise of x2 1m30 flash clips and x8 high res pics. I've been placing these in FHG's and also sent the content as zips to affiliates.

- The niche is Amateur models being interviewed. The site *really does* contain amateur models and we record everything. Most of the models go to "2nd base" groping and so forth, Bj's and sex is from some models too.
- Step1models also won best New Amateur Site from Rabbit Reviews in 2011 and also we got a great review from Fleshbot.
- What seperates us is that we want to actively work with affiliates, we can give them models shouting out their site too!

It's a good idea to make the content available to all affiliates. Especially now when chances are there is some file locker or tube out there with your a lot of your full length stuff anyway (constant struggle) so there's no sense being stingy with your affiliates. It's good to provide a variety of content and formats (flash and non-flash movies such as wmv). Customization for the dumps is a big plus (select which fields to dump and in what order). That will ensure that any affiliate who is willing can use your content with the least amount of hassles.

This is just what I'm looking for, more stuff like Broke Amateurs and KarupsHA etc. I just need the flash clips + thumbs, if they're on the FHGs I can scrape them from there or I'll host them myself if you prefer.

I think what I'll do next is build up the Affiliates page, so logged in affiliates can get the flash clips, thumbs, FHG's directly.

At the moment we've just been sending content to affiliates who ask for it...I think we're more "hands on" and easier to talk to than with other competiting sites like broke amateurs...
