Based on what ska said you can probably see suspicious things in Stats -> Detailed Stats under countries for incoming hits and clicks. I catch some that way. Look for any unusual patterns. Also make your you have the code to check for no image and I think filtered traffic place so the anti-cheat analyzer shows you that information. Someone else mentioned an unusual skim rate which suggests there is probably a strange number of clicks going to galleries versus trades or vice-versa.

I had someone sign up to a site a couple days ago with that nick and ICQ 647 (seven) 00838 for the site baberide.com. I didn't detect anything suspicious yet with what little he sent but wanted to share so people could look out.

They are sending just a few hits now probably to avoid suspects. baberide is registered with the registrar evoplus, as usual, you can also check the password they insert to check the stats when they signup (if your script has that feature enabled), cause it's almost always the same, doesnt matter what nickname they use
