New to the boards

Just wanted to say hello. I've made a few posts already asking about traffic trading scripts and had some help, but mostly I've been searching through the archives here. I'm really glad to find a community that's willing to share with each other ideas/strategies and how-to tips for making a go in this business.

I've been in the business for a few years but mostly on the service side. I started my own site about a year ago (a review site) and have been at it off and on. Lately I've decided that the review site wasn't the best way to start, even it was my most familiar format, and am looking to start with blogs at the bottom and start learning about traffic, trades, link building, and uncracking the mystery of sales copy that works, etc. and maybe leveraging the network I create to eventually make the review site work better.

I know on page optimization and design (I did a lot of wordpress work before getting into adult), but the sales copy and the traffic building are elements I've never worked with - - im always part of teams that launch sites more than grows them.

Anyway, just wanted to shout out an early thank you for all of you that have been here for years and filled this board's archives with so much great information!

Hopefully I'll be able to do the same as my projects take off and grow.

@milkman re: review site -- yeah my thought is that the review site will be a nice touch to add later down the road once I can build a network, but we'll see what happens to it.
