Video editing - Split a wmv into 2 minute videos

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of software that can take a wmv file and split it into 2 minute segments?

I have sony vegas platinum 9, but cant find this function any where.

Any help would be great.

for boilsoft as well. In fact I just used it to split some 1.2GB HD wmvs and it works perfectly

Well, I purchased Video Splitter, works perfect. But in the name file, I want to remove "_chunk" and just have _# at the end. Send an email to support. Hopefully its something I can change.

Just use some mass rename utility ... like A.F.5 from Alex Fauland's easy to use tools and utilities (freeware)

this is my favorite splitter... pretty mindless and it never lets me down.

Free AVI Splitter,MPG/MPEG Splitter,Split AVI,MPEG,WMV/ASF file with Ease.

I do see they offer it for free now and it seems to be the same thing I have.

Use the <F11> function of Speed Commander
for all your renaming needs. Another "never let me down" tool in my arsenal.
