Where to learn about traffic trading?

Where can someone learn all about traffic trading basics, and more advanced stuff too? Not sure if I want to direct him here, as boards take a lot of time..

I am planning on hiring someone 'in house' and I'd push my tgp's to him, they take too much of my time.. the bad part is that this lad has absolutely 0 knowledge on tgp's... and I'm not gonna pay him for reading boards.. that's for him to do on his spare time. lol.

Is there something like cozyacademy of tgping? with up-to-date info?

I'll have him review galleries and stuff for me in the beginning, but I'm hoping I could push him to learn trading stuff too. Not just keeping sites stable, but possibly even growing them. I am very very very rusty myself, I haven't worked on my tgp's for a good while..like since 2002... I tweak them a bit now and them, and they grow veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slowly but steadily. Or they just keep stable.

So there's not much I can teach him except 'visit my trades from time to time, and if a site looks like an expired domain, remove it from my trade list'.

I could show him how I do it..but since I'm not doing it right, I'd teach him crap. My sites are stuck somewhere between 30-40k and I lack energy/skill to push them forwards. That's why I need him to read up somewhere that knows how it actually should be done.

Yea but aren't your sites all hairy niche sites? That amount of traffic can't be that bad on that type of site. You can't compare a niche's site traffic level with that of something like a babes TGP or a Teen TGP.
