The Owners of Brazzers are myself and cheeks. We own and operate all Brazzers sites , Juggcash.com and brazbucks.com.
We have minor financial interests in a second company that runs and operates some tgps. On this Company, we are silent partners. We have a managing partner that runs the day-to-day, and makes all business decisions.
The managing partner of the Traffic company approached us to start a tube style site under Brazzers Traffic. We refused, given our position in the industry...owning such a site would be working agains our own interest. Thus a separate company was formed in which we have no financial interest, and that company operates pornhub.com .
For us, it would make no sense to own a site like that, the margins just dont justify the expense, and it would be 100% against the interests of our core business.and another guy replied on this as follows:While we're at it , I would like to state our position on those sites. We think tube sites are simply better sites than TGP/MGP, its a better content delivery method that surfers are clearly expecting in this day of age. There is no avoiding it, that's what people want ...you must give it to them.
However the way tube sites are currently operating is simply ridiculous, giving away full videos to surfers in such a ridiculous quantity, reduces the gap between paid products and free products, thus completely shrinking the margins and hurting the industry as a whole. Also , adult tube sites hold no equity value...so operating sites at a loss is absolutely ridiculous.
Its a matter of time before the current tube sites go out of business, or change their formulas. Its just a traffic junky game right now that those people are playing, its not proper business....and their losses/lawsuits will eventually catch up to them
On the other hand its important that sponsors adapt aswell , and develop tools that will allow tube style content delivery, in quantities controlled by the sponsors . If this is done properly, tube sites can become a great asset to this industry....and we can use this new tool to increase the overall amount of buyers.

If Mansef Inc. is the same as Mansef Productions Inc. then that would be you you fellows as any Google search would show. If you were uninterested into the tube site, why did you create the backbone for it?
Edit: Was the managing partner creating the site under your name for a bit before you turned him down?
