Best Link Dump Submitter Tool?

What is in your opinion the best tool to submit to linkdumps? I have Smutldsubmitter ( free ) but it is kind of difficult to add more sites into the db, got a trial from Aceware ( not sure when their db was last updated though ) any ideas?

I have heard about AquaSubmitter before but cannot say how well it works. Its something to ask around about at least.

They are handy to get some gree traffic when you start new sites, but so far none of the ones I have seen is great.

but do they really produce any traffic? I have tried several different ones, submitting loads of different types of sites and usually get less than a dozen clicks from these linkdumps....imho its a waste of time.
