Wow who would have guessed AFF needs a bail out

It seems using stolen content for fake profiles and advertising on sites that steal content only gets you so far these days.

Looks like AFF is going IPO trying to get some money for all their debit.. Looks like the end of 2008 is bringing us some decent news after all. Looks like the scammers of this industry are finally starting to pay the piper.

AFF can't afford to pay back their debit so they are going IPO trying to sucker in investors. This and Master Cards new regulations might start turning a brighter light on Adult for 2009. Maybe some of the shit stains on this industry will slowly be pushed out the door.

You really don't think they were crediting you for every sale "and" paying out $130 PPS do you?

It also says in there that the average customer spends $20. So if that means $20 for life then there is no way they are paying $130 with out shaving. If it's $20/month there is no way they are paying $130 with out shaving. Considering that they claim 40% of their sales come from affiliates and who knows how much is spent on advertising to make the other 60%.

There is a sucker born every min it seems.. Who knows they could be a penny stock and AFF would fit in well with the average penny stock. They will sell a bunch of shares then do a reverse split, stealing all the investers money. Happens every day in penny land.

Does "(dollars in thousands except share data)" mean that $38,622 as written is actually referring to $38,622,000? That would explain why some of the amounts look "small"...

lol god i feel stupid.. but who is aff?? and brazzers are scamming too?? fuckin a. can we start something like cheaterhell for affiliates... and what ever happend to cheaterhell. it looks like the site is totaly closed down. i would love to learn howto find ou these things myself so i could contribute more to this board. i just dont know shit about finding scammers, except for hardlink trades lol which is quite easy.. and ive heard howto find bots from at3. but thats it.

Cheaterhell isn't closed. You can contact "Spence" if you are interested for a membership there for a view bucks per month. The owner never provided ftp access to me (in the past) or him (spence) now so that's the reason why there is currently no frontpage, but as i said, it's working.

Very good point. Your most probably right. If your wrong then no wonder they are on the verge of bankruptcy lol.

If the fact that AFF has supported the scum of the internet for this long didn't prompt affiliates to drop their links, maybe affiliates thinking they won't get paid to support the scum of the internet might motivate them to finally drop them.

Most people don't have business ethics in our industry. When you get into the stockmarket type of people they could give a shit less if AFF advertises on sites with stolen content or uses spyware. They just want to buy and sell and make money.

I hope the whole IPO thing turns out to be a big disaster for them and the company goes bankrupt and gets liquidated. But that is just my wishfull thinking. Penthouse is a sinking ship, AFF has run it's course. Almost everyone knows about it and if they were going to signup they already did in the past. Other dating sites are eating up the market share. The only property in that company that has potential to go up in value is cams.com but it wouldn't be enough to off set all of the other bullshit. Funny, Lars wanted more money and to merge with the big boys. I bet in the long run he would have done 10x better if he would have kept his reputation and company on his own and just kept expanding it. But what do i know, i am just guessing here off of limited info.
