Aaron Summers did not state that she entered into any contract with "Satancash" in February 2006. She did say that she considered "Pete" as being the responsible individual for ensuring payment of the contract she signed.
SatanCash.com is not a legal entity for contractual purposes. The other party to the contract Aaron signed was obviously an individual/business, possibly "Pete" himself or "PM Media", the registrant of satancash.com. Either way, the timescale on which the program "SatanCash" was launched is of little relevance. According to Aaron, she entered into a contract with whatever associated "SatanCash" party, has been requesting payment since around May 2006, and has never been paid a dime over three years later.
During that time "Pete" has lived in a financial fantasy world acquiring "toys" to impress his friends/affiliates, and claiming to have staff that never existed etc. It is obviously time to be held accountable and quit wasting the time and money of webmasters and other creditors - little doubts Aaron is not alone in the train wreck.
Obviously Aaron Summers has a few potential claims, regardless of the action of "Pete" and "PM Media" during the last few days in redirecting the domain name AaronSummers.com to another "SatanCash"/"PM Media" website, JosieJunior.com.
The concept that "programs" can simply remove affiliate access to stats and services by shutting the doors on the main program website and not paying their affiliates/creditors while continuing to take revenue from affiliate traffic via a number of "front ends" is fraud. Aaron Summers may not be the only party seeking legal redress.
Surprised it took this long. Pete is a fucking loser who's business was a failure from the start. He never had many affiliates and never did many sales. Was too busy trying to play message board pimp. He never had "toys", just a room at his parents house. Seriously, the guy lives with his parents. If anyone lives in his general area and is owed money they should take him to small claims court and teach him a lesson. It disgusts me that you can close a program, not officially notify your partners(affiliates) and still keep the sites running. Then lock you out so you don't even know where to go to take your links down. he's going to be making money off residual links out there for months to come. What a sleaze.

This industry always was reluctant when it comes to collecting debts BillyHoe. For example, when iBill were defrauding people on a larger scale, it was like drawing blood getting webmasters (creditors) to lodge filings with the Florida Attorney General's office. All that office wanted (needed!) were a number of complainants before they could act. How many did they get? Around 12 maximum. A number of the management of iBill at that time were known fraudsters or people who already had SEC violations as part of their track record - they were playing the corporate paperwork shuffling game with the main power and decision-making in the hands of "consultants" with dubious backgrounds.
Only my, but with Pete/SatanCash/whatever - I'd be doing the preliminary process of getting a declaration of funds owed and a payment arrangement. If that was not answered promptly, the next stage would be fraud possibilities with local LE or FBI, since "SatanCash" is not closed - it is operating today and taking funds belonging to webmasters and not paying affiliate commission or creditors such as Aaron Summers (and no doubt many others).
Because Pete claims "SatanCash" is closed means nothing. If SatanCash has ceased to exist in the true sense, it needs to stop trading today, and a receiver needs to be notified of all creditors (including affiliates), take control of all assets - domains, business property of Pete/SatanCash/PM Media and do as he sees fit - eg sell all assets to pay creditors. If there is no LLC or corp structure behind SatanCash, Pete is personally responsible for all debts.

hello, this is the real aaron summers. I relooked over my contract it was signed in February 2007 sorry for getting the year wrong. You have no idea how mad I have been these past years. Before I signed the contract I owned the .com, .net. and .info I started up when I turned 18 and I am going to be 22 next month. I can care less if you want to believe if it is really me or not, I say this forum come across my google alerts and I just had to post what happened to me. It was nice knowing I wasn't the only person who got screwed by him. I currently live in Las Vegas but I am from Michigan and my license is still currently Michigan, I know he lives in Michigan I know his home address phone number and blah blah blah. That does nothing though, knowing that information.

Been there, done that bud - it's not really about the business, more related to who owes what and when it became due for settlement etc. Suppose it's all about a business attitude - eg don't matter if the business sells butter or is adult orientated, we are entitled to debt collection procedures. It can actually be amusing at times - in one case a lawyer saw some material for the first time - innocuous stuff, a girl with massive boobs and he blurted out "Ohh!" in court *lol* Everyone but the judge was amused - probably because he could not see the size of her boobs from the bench
I'd seriously encourage any webmaster to pursue a debt or damages (assuming it is a significant and reasonable claim) - it's a good indicator to others that they can't just disappear with the money belonging to other people

In summary, assuming I'm getting this right - you signed over three domains based on your model name and supplied content based on a contract dated February 2007 and have never received anything in return. During that two plus years, "SatanCash" have earned money from this until the last few days when the "program" redirected traffic to a domain other than yours. I'm no lawyer, but smell a lump due to you - tho depends on what assets are available to seize.
PS BTW.. know how you feel about being mad. Been thru that stage over almost six years, then you start to get less ranty and start getting even *lol* Got a case involving more money that SatanCash ever saw and looking forward to search/seizures in January, the removal of a few passports and civil and criminal paperwork being served, so never give up

Nothing wrong with contact info if the board rules allow this. It seems only fair to know who to address claims to since Pete considers that anyone who "knows me personally knows how to contact me, I probably will not be on these boards anymore".
Sorry Pete, your rules for contact and disengagement don't apply when you can't pay people and you only what to hear from people you know personally - Life don't work like that with creditors when you are still taking their money and not paying them.

I had to give over my 3 domains that was part of the contract, after two months of not receiving a single penny I started asking him about getting paid, someone close to me mentioned arbitration and Pete shut right up. Around 2 maybe 3 months into my contract I stopped giving him content. He claimed he wasn't going to pay me because I wasn't giving him enough content, even though I was giving him almost double then what was said in the contract. I just hope he/his company actually have something to give me, and I hope that everyone he screwed over gets paid too.
I wonder why he forwarded my site? lol
