Similiar situation here. I was @ $65-70 or so, and they never converted. But when I asked I was pretty much told to fuck off and that I would have to make the minimum. I just wrote it off. Douchebag program.

That is why I dont promote nats programs etc. I got damn sick of getting right at the minimum and then the sales dried up. Happens way to much. (OFcoarse they dont skim or anything)

But getting payed out is fucking impossible.

Hi my name is aaron summers, yes the aaron summers from the site. If you need proof as to who I say I am, just tell me how to prove it that's not a problem. I signed a 2 year contract with pete back in Febuary 2006, my site is still up even though my contract is up and I have NEVER received penny. Sadly I am no surprised to hear about this. When I first started my contract I asked Pete about getting paid after two months, after almost 5 months of giving him content and not receiving a single penny I stopped giving him content. During those few months I told him several times to pay me or I am done. I don't know if I can post an email address on here, but I have a yahoo address that I have had for almost 4 years it is also the email both pete kt and mike vega have.

When I came across this site from the google alerts I have set up I thought I just have to post this. If anyone has any questions I am more then glad to answer them, I do have nothing to hide. I am an open book

If your partner in that venture hasn't held up his end of the bargain, then the contract you signed would most likely be considered null

You should probably consult with a lawyer before you try doing anything, however you may be able to issue a DMCA and retain ownership of the content.

People/companies come and go like the tide, but a track record of not paying a dime since 2006 is absurd.

Agree with AmFlix - it is probably worth seeking legal advice - and also get screengrabs of each page of the tour at aaronsummers.com (including the sign up page and 2257 notice) and make a note of the date this was done. There is no harm in repeating that process (and recording each date) till such time as the domain becomes non-operational - or you reach a settlement.

If you know anything about the lifestyle of the domain owner, any associates or company names, it also may be worth passing this on to your lawyer (along with all screengrabs with dates) to help him/her assess the value in making a claim. Good luck

thanks for the advice. Sadly I have talked with about a handful of lawyers in 2 years and they all want money upfront which I do not have. I don't care about my content, but I care about the money they owe me and I want my website down.

Smell it would be better having a lawyer work on this - there is the possibility you may be able to recover far more than the content value etc.

However, meantime you can issue a DMCA notice for around $100 (even that is a ripoff

) at dmca.com. Can't see that doing that would harm any further claims you may have in the future for damages etc if you did wish to pursue funds owed.

PS - Suggest you still grab a copy of the content on the domain before it disappears - it's part of your evidence.

Not that i care But Satancash DIDNT even exist in Febuary of 2006, They didnt officially launch until June 6, 2006 because I remember them accouncing the program launce on 6-6-06.

Sounds to me like this is a Fake Nick posting here.

Paysite owners take months to launch a site (or years looking at you mutt)

uuh that depends on the owners actually and not on nats. It's the programs decision not to pay you. imho if an affiliate wants a payout and he didn't reach the minimum he should always be paid out anyway... it's the affiliate's money.

Duh, ALOT of programs start sites BEFORE launching a cash program, there's also something called BETA TESTING before a public announcement and launch.

Learn the biz before you post about the biz.
