Thread: very nice from bangbrosonline..

so.. for few days my stats from bangbrosonline wasn't loading anymore on niftystats, so i tried to login manually but the door was close. sending 1 mail, 2 mails.. nothing.

yesterday, i hitted up the online icq support : they said this account was terminated on 04-23-08 due to high credits and negative amounts. well they pay $35 pps but hell...

So? no mail, no nothing, to tell me that this account is disabled since near 1 year but, and this is the not so funny part, i'm still able to login and grab promo and sending traffic on their sites and getting sales too (!).

but hey! they're big no? so : "they are under no obligation to nofity when an account is terminated" as the rep said. What is weird here is that they let the account run for near a year instead of 'really' terminating it, like what they did finally only 3 days ago. was it only lazyness or by purpose?

near 1 year still pushing them with a terminated account..hence not getting paid... WOW !

So were your joins still showing up as normal for the past year even though your account was terminated?

ummm.. here's an eye opener for you.. Some of the big programs have cancelled accounts that send a lot of sales and have done nothing wrong simply because the guy pissed them off..

yes. but i'm glad my ratios turned bad, so not many sales sent.

My story is different, i got my account suspended, no notification, my login details just did not work. When i contacted a rep he asked me for a misteryous id number (that is not the login id, he told me it was in the first email i received after signup). I didnt have that and with my id he said he couldnt find my account (convenient lie since there was money there!!!).
It's a very old story, it happened many years ago. Looks like now they've learned it's even more productive to block your account without telling you and allowing you to keep access to the webmasters area, so you keep promoting them.. wise guys!

I think there was a period of time where the affiliate support was getting directed thru the members support.. the mysterious id number was probably a membership.. .. I had the same type of thing happen once and I'm pretty sure that's what it was.. So I found a "real" person to contact about it and got it resolved that way.

i used to use 4 different accounts for tracking my traffic. Turned out they are all banned too some of them for more then 6 months... This is a fucking big scam, they belong in the shitlist

I agree, shitlist them.

Seeing similar posts on most of the boards, way too many for it to be coincidence.

Must be because just within the last week or two they changed to different stats program.

That is total bullshit though that they didnt let you know! Not even an email?

One guy I know that got his account suspended got and email, he hit them up and they turn it back on. :\

Could also mean two things:

They are feeling lower profit amounts and are cutting out non profitable affiliates.

OR

They are slowly moving away from using affiliates whatsoever so cutting out the ones that they dont feel are needed any longer. :x

Any way you slice it, it comes out the same. Bend over and lube up.

I have no poblems with the, just checked my account, it works. Also, according to my records, payments are coming in fine.

This is so ridiculous and scammy that is hard to believe, I guess they are getting chargebacks or cancellations due to teh global crisis and they call the "fraud" WTF???

I foresee 75% of their "free" traffic disappearing as word of this spreads.
