I wonder if it is possible to, let's say take a wordpress blog and have some kind of software spider all sites and turn that site into a static one, so that all posts are actual existing html sub sites and no posts anymore.. anybody know?

ok, so I can try this for wordpress, what about other, not specific CMS, is there any universal script that can handle about anything?
