TrafficShop???

gotta question reg. traffic shop cause they dont reply to my support tickets since a few days .. so they advertise 2 $ / K mixed niche traffic, thought i try it, loaded the account, and shot a order out there, the claim delivery starts right after but then, in the order overview its says i am on position 166 for delivery, i think WTF, i can bid more money to get to a better position but basically to get delivery i shall offer 3,50 to get delivery, so WTF again, is that normal with them, i find that pretty deceptive

I sent in a ticket request a couple weeks ago and they handled it fairly quickly. That is how their system works with the bidding. I ran into the same thing when I bought some teen traffic. I found I was way down in the queue and didn't get much at all and couldn't understand it. I even went ahead and bid up to #1 or #2 and still didn't get much. In retrospect I think it might have had something to do with my account status being "new" so not as many people would sell to me - I wasn't aware that I manually had to ask to be upgraded to "normal" or "trusted" and had just assumed it would happen after some time.

that was my problem with them yesterday, very poor communication.

asked a question on chat, got a cut & paste reply which was irrelevant to my question and then they ended the chat before I could type anything else.
sent an email and never got a reply.

tells me all I need to know about their customer support. glad I found out before I gave them any money or traffic.

Actually it should happen after some time, thats what happened to my account.

I'm currently at 'normal' status and I never sent in a request to be upgraded from 'New', but I did send one to be upgraded to 'trusted' though (immediately after reading your post).

I don't know if they changed it or what. I had a few orders and took a few payouts and waited over three months thinking I would move from new. Then I read something on gfy that you should submit a ticket and ask so I did.

They may have changed it by now. I got my account back when they first launched, way before this new site design they have now, back when they had the design that looked like TH but a different color (their first design).

I didn't actually start using them until sometime last year.

I think they did. I think there's still something on their site which says you automatically get upgraded after 30 days. I remember reading that anyway. That's why I waited 30 and then until 90 days (thinking they may have up'ed the requirement due to cheaters) to ask. They aren't following it though. Maybe that's good given all the cheaters around now.

Okay, not much of a diff between 'normal' and 'trusted' status...You only need 'trusted' status if you want to pay via Paypal.
