Take it off. They will get you through their agency/partner law firm in your country. Been there, done that, it was a huge relied to 'escape' the situation. You don't want to do this imo.

Yes, I am using someone else's content. It's called sponsor-provided content to be specific.

Sponsor provided content and a sponsor's End User License Agreement are two TOTALLY different things (if you haven't figured that out yet).

I'm not using something provided by a sponsor to promote another sponsor unlike you with your copy/pasted, stolen-from-a-sponsor-i'm-not-promoting EULA.
Even by your own admission even the design is stolen.

As far as using the trademarked 'gloryhole'...the jokes on you. Since you took the time to look up one of my sites to use in one of your brain-addled posts, I also have Ebony-Gloryhole.com as well as Got Gloryhole? and the ones holding the trademark for Gloryhole (and Gloryhole-initiations) are the same ones that provided me the content (as well as the picture you posted).

Say it with me now, DUHHHHH (sponsor. provided. content.).

As a matter of fact, the mobile version of the trademarked gloryhole-initiations (you so fondly pointed out with that link) was designed based on MY site in collaboration with that same trademark holder. The DVDs titled Black Girl Gloryholes (also owned by that same trademark holder), was titled after my site (you know, the one you grabbed that pic from?) considering I had the domain AND site up and live almost a year BEFORE they started selling the DVDs.

Bottom line? My stuff isn't stolen. You can say the same thing...but you'd be lying.

You already stole the design (from Facebook), the EULA (from Match.com)...you may as well steal the content to fill your site from someone else. You know, to complete your set..er..site.
