    I were asked this question:

Zombaio process thousand and thousands of credit card transactions every day and if someone think that we will compromise their Payoneer/Paxum account and risk losing our core business than they are free to not take us up on our offer.
We ask for a partial card number and no CVV2 which means there are 10^6*1000 = 1 billion different combinations of guessing the card number and CVV2.

Competition is good - asking for private info isn't.

The last 4 digits of your card number from Payoneer are required to identify you if you contact us, so you may not want to show that part. You should never provide your card information to anyone - even Payoneer will never ask you to show us the number of your card. If you want to switch, of course you can, but once you sign up, Redpass has the same info that we have and if they also have your four digits, anyone with access to that info can contact our support team in your name. People use the same secure questions, etc. and same information, so it shouldn't be hard. You can take the risk if you'd like, I just want to make sure people know the risks of sending their card numbers to people, even parts of them.

Zombaio the owner of RedPass process thousands of credit card transactions every day.
When you sign up for a RedPass account we ask you for a cell phone number so if/when you contact us we will send a 6 digit code to you phone to verify your identity so you don't have to answer 6-10 different questions about your address, name, name of first born child or provide DNA and so on, we do this for easy verification and if we see unusual transactions on your account we will send a SMS to notify you about it.

Obviously Redpass is either clueless or being very deceptive because the digits they request are the PRIMARY digits needed to steal your card. Worst case they would be missing a digit or two which is easily extrapolated by anyone who understand how card numbers are sequenced. Anyone foolish enough to send a scan with the requested digits deserves to get burned and this Redpass offer may even be in violation of Mastercard/Visa rules and or US Federal laws.

Slip Showing? Federal Law Requires All Businesses to Truncate Credit Card Information on Receipts | BCP Business Center

Effective July 1, 2003, for all new terminals, Visa USA mandates that all but the last four digits of the cardholder account number, and the entire expiration date, be suppressed on the cardholder copy of all transaction receipts generated from electronic (including cardholder-activated) terminals.

Effective July 1, 2006, for all existing terminals, Visa USA mandates that all but the last four digits of the cardholder account number, and the entire expiration date, be suppressed on the cardholder copy of all transaction receipts generated from electronic (including cardholder-activated) terminals.

I wonder how paxum was able to establish itself so fast and redpass needed over a year to be setup

That was already determined Also, the reason why i calling it desperate is mentioning names of competitors, and usually in business that is not desirable practice, they should just say how they will match offer from anyone. This way it look like they are jealousy of paxum and payoneer success.

Well, if I remember correctly they said that they were working on Paxum for a few months already when ePass crashed and just speeded up the whole process of releasing it a lot, as the original release was planned for the end of 2010.

That, plus the fact that Payoneer, their only competitor at the time, couldn't be used for P2P payments.

+payoneer has a insane amount of hidden fees here and there, and really using payoneer was for me after some time like burning money in the fire, i stopped sponsors which where only offereing payoneer after short time, CashX is the same shit as epass, its actually close to impossible to get ahold of the money there, after you sent the monies to their visa card you cant sent it back, nor can they give you any data on how much is on it, so in the end paxum was the only one which had a reasonable system easy and sort of transparency in usage, so baiscally its a good thing that a backup like redpass will be released.
the only major pain is that some big sponsors still refuse to use paxum
Muffia, Nastydollars, Naughtyamerica still dont support any low cost payment which is a pain, cause wires are ZERO reliable, SUPER expensive, and ZERO transparent, so for me its often close to imposssible to say which company sent which money and due of the currency xchange its a super untraceable thing, i stopped promoting 21sexturycash for that reason, cause the difference between what NATS said i earned and what they payed out, which was not traceable, made it such a mess, and unfort. the next one on the list to stop promoting is Naughtyamerica, their stuff is also close to non traceable
so just to make it clear / wire payments are the worst possible solution
