From the email I received:

NIGHTINVASION.COM IS DISABLED AND LINKS REDIRECTED, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

With a heavy heart, we regret to inform you that our billing company informed us that we can no longer process for NightInvasion.com. Effective immediately, any existing links to NightInvasion.com will be redirected to UnlimitedAccessPass.com.

We are terribly sorry to pass this news at the very last minute, we had no other choice. Rest assured you will be paid for all sales generated until the website was closed today (May 20, 2012).

All other sites are working fine, without issue.

They had something similar earlier, I emailed Sharky if they will keep the content under their megapass/network site. If yes, no problem imo..

visa stopped allowing processing for sleep sites years ago I guess they finally got caught
