Guys I dont know much about this area - someone tried to establish traffic trade with my sites this morning from his domain Gay Tube - The Tubester of free nude gay sex videos and gay porn movies - now I have had a LOT of tubes setup trades and I find out later they have stolen content so I blacklist and ban them - so this one I checked out with another webmaster and turns out he told me there are 70+ minute clips on this site FULL MOVIES so I confront the owner of the site and he said
"they are imported from xvideos.com
and most of those movies are very old if they are full movies.... plus we have DMCA so does xvideos"

Is this site in fact operating legally ? This is the question I need to answer before he gets any traffic at all

Can anyone help answer this question ? It has to be a black or white answer a yes or no cause if theres any doubt I dont want to assist this site operator.

I got the answer I needed~

Same guy tried to trade with my ebony sites using ebonytubester and in checking out the site, i noticed he had full movies. I denied the trade and blacklisted him (as he clearly blew off my trade rules because i don't trade with tubes as clearly stated in rule #1 on my trade signup page).

I told him next time he goes hunting for trades he'd come out better by actually reading the trade rules before wasting his time signing up and thus getting denied and blacklisted.

The fastest way to get blacklisted on a network of sites is to ignore their trade rules.

I dont normally trade with tubes either as the traffic they move is absolute SHIT when it hits my sites - but some if the owner contacts and the traffics OK I consider it and try them out if it works OK if not I delete them and notify them ~

This guy even allegedly trades with zentz know knowing zentz of the past he would never knowingly trade with an illegal but he is on his way out of adult so who knows.

I dont trade with em normally if the site looks like shit either which this one does and I told the owner so - it looks TERRIBLE if someone surfs that site its likely they will leave first opp. its just not appealing to stay on such yucky content --- crop something nice to look at and keep the guys attention on the page

If it werent for TGP/MGP owners half of you wouldnt have traffic any damn way ~
They claim the SE traffic is so good on tubes bullshit - there may be a handful of them that truly profit from SE traffic the rest are mooching from the ones that do ~
