    That's still to be determined... For example I$ is supposed to adhere to the CB percentage stated by Visa...     Forming a company in a place like Cyprus etc. isn't JUST to hide things. Until recently, if I had wanted to get Visa billing for my own paysites, that was about the only route unless I joined up with a partner in the US etc.
