I searched google to see if I could find a picture of him, to see if it was the same person. But, I couldn't find one. I have known Duke along time though, I don't really see him making shit up, that's why I wanted to find a picture, to back his post!

If I've been successful then why is the industry still around and thriving? If I've been a failure then the peanut gallery must be playing chicken little.

The industry has and will continue to be fine. It's survived Xpics, Crescent, Visa Regs, Amex Leaving, 3rd party billing coming and going, dialer scams, tube sites, programs folding and not paying, programs being caught shaving, "important" people in the business dying or leaving or melting down.

So far the only people who have continued to be proven wrong are the ones who always say "the business is dying".

The worst thing that happened to this industry was third party billing and software like nats that made it cheap and easy for every idiot with $4k to start a program. I'd vote for tubes being 2nd worst.... me being an "scumbag" falls pretty far down on the ladder of things ruining the business.

As for not paying comissions? I don't think we've ever not paid anybody who has met their minimum payout, even those who haven't but have requested payment have gotten it...

My guess is though that you're one of the handful of affiliates who had a small balance with us when we implemented the verification system... anybody who wanted us to close their account and pay them out for joins prior to verification implementation has always been paid. This was a very small handful of people who took issue with our verification *and* had a balance... if that is you though, PM me your username and we'll make sure you get paid.

Thanks for your kind reply. I will get back to you later. Sure, you have the right to do business with who you want, but you have no legal authority to check IDs. It was never communicated to me that I could close my account after I complained about the ID issue ... but I guess that is 2 years back and you have changed your standpoint. Thx again.

If these guys are the same ones that have been convicted of CC fraud before, they will go down even harder than the first time -- and take their partners along, whoever they might be.
