Can you please qualify this further - is he guessing based on his knowledge of what Russian girls look like, or does he actually KNOW these models and KNOW for a fact that they are underage?

Yes, I posted a link to the stories above, written in Russian, and when he translated, he said the story claimed the models were 15-17 years of age.

Since he lives in Russia, I'd say he knows was Russian girls look like, but I never sent him to the Galitsin website.

Hopefully the accusations are BS, but I'm removing links to the galleries anyway.

They should post copies of photo ID's with the model's personal info, except for DOB, obscured, in order to alleviate any concerns about this...

Thank's for the heads up.. I was going to pull the galleries today anyway until this was revolved.

Sucks I bought a domain a few weeks ago to promote their site with, hope they get shit resolved.

No. My understanding is that it's only illegal to host it in Australia. Any porn site that is hosted in AU can simply move offshore when they receive a take down notice (and I know of at least a couple that did when it first came into effect)

Do you know something I don't?

not sure about the australian law and just principally for many other countries.
If it writes on your law that producing and distributing porn is illegal than this applies to all citiziens of that country without matter where they currently live and host.

I hope ccbill had ROCK SOLID proof before they pulled the plug. I understand that due to client privacy issues they cannot inform affiliates, so I guess it's up to the people that know to spread the word. There's no point speculating any further at the moment, links just have to come down...!!

I've just removed mine.

For me, the site not being processed anymore is the final nail in the coffin. I've had to go through the same shit 3 times while promoting Galitsin's sites (the move from Hegre, the switch from IBill to CCBill, and then this). Sucks though, as I did well with them...

Pornonanda is correct, it is illegal to publish anything rated higher than R as an Australian citizen residing in any of the states.

Considering the nature of the accusations, and if CCBill tried to contact them as many times as I did and got no response, it's enough to pull the plug IMO. A site that goes from 3 updates/day to not being updated anymore just screams "chargebacks and refunds", so it's better not to accept new members at the moment.

Yea I wonder if there was an actual issue, meaning what if they they did break the law in regurads to under age stuff. Will any other sites be affected, did this guy supply any other sites with content?

They do share models with their new site. And I know a few sites that use Galitsin's content. But we still don't know much about this... I don't even know if the content under investigation is from the Galitsin-News site...
