Dude, what Michael wanted to say is, that when the funds are in your account, they are in your account. It's not that ePass has the ability to move your money around as they like and maybe use them to pay their bills. He didn't mean that your accounts are frozen. The only money which you can't access at the moment is that in your Visa account.
For real, this situation sucks a lot, of course. But if people calmed down a little, and not everyone would try withdrawals at the same time and not everyone would try to hit up Michael via IM the situation will probably get resolved much faster.
Personally I'm sure that someone like Chris Mallick won't run away with our money - although I'm not so sure it will be that easy to get VISA back on board. Probably the best solution would be if ePass finally changes to a real bank, so they can issue cards themselves, like Wirecard does for example, but of course that's not something you can get done easily within days.
So, try to remain calm people and follow official statements closely, I think that's the best to do for now. Oh, and before anyone says "yeah, you probably have $50 in your ePass account, of course it's easy to stay calm for you". Let me assure you, I have a couple of k's in there, but there just nothing we can do about it right now.

I don't even bother to open the bromaster board at the moment, cause I can imagine what's going on there - especially regarding the "I always said it, didn't I?" messages.
