Might be because I'm accessing from the UK. not sure if anyone else is here from England but if you are can you try and see if its the same issue for you?

I've tried other sponsor websites and all are fine so pretty sure its not my connection
Just wanted to let you know in case there's an issue somewhere...

Sorry for the late reply. Are you still experiencing this? We haven't heard about this problem before, we have plenty of affiliates from the UK. Would you be able to provide us with a traceroute so we can ask our host to look into this?
