    Having a job in the capitol is also a privilege and all the motherfuckers working there better take note of that.

    Although that blog is beyond biased claiming those camera guys who were arrested from OWS were "protesters being disrespectful". I see no correction of the story anywhere after it was proven that most of those targeted were carrying cameras and some just curious onlookers.

    I read the article... they are saying that there are limits to what someone can say when it comes to the welfare of others... nice try though.

    uhm, yeah, you're right. that is a restriction upon free speech. that's the point.

    So you are ok with people yelling "FIRE" in a movie theater? Its free speech until it interferes with someone else

    irrelevant example, it's not the speech that's the problem it's the intention of causing panic.
    did you even read the second page of that article? this is about trying to restrict speech that someone else subjectively considers to be "mean".
