My new webmaster and I will negotiate an ownership percentage of sales minus affiliate costs.

Seeking a reliable and experienced webmaster who can do the job of transitioning over the site to a new host, and relocate/transition all my current subscribers without any hiccups in member access and billing.

After the transition the webmaster will be responsible for

  • weekly updates (2 models/shoots per week)
  • gallery creation for TGP's (working template already in place)
  • developing new affiliate relationships with good TGP's.

I shoot all 100% exclusive hardcore content shot on location in the Philippines... ASIAN TEEN boy/girl... boy/girl girl... and the occasional boy/girl girl girl.

I shoot/process all the pics, shoot/edit all the videos and my connection is fast enough to FTP an entire shoot (about 2-3 gigs turnkey ready to go) in about one days time. Besides what is currently on the site, I am sitting on a backlog of at least 30 more updates (I am 15 weeks worth of updates ahead of schedule), and STILL continuing to shoot new content every week.
