I wanna buy 2 sites which don't have any adult terms in the domain and which are not totally new. PR must be at least 1.
I prefer blogs but a TGP or freesite or whatever would be ok, too. Good google rankings would be nice but are not a must.

So basically any non-adult/softcore domain with PR1+ and which is aged would do
