When he was asked to pay for them. He vanished.

I've followed up with him over 10 times, he made up excuses about his family, this and that, saying he's loading his paypal right now and asap the echeck clears he will pay (that was over a month ago) and still has not paid.

As it stands this guy scammed me $130 dollars. Other fellow writers/service people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!
