Thread: Velcom.com webhosting affiliate program does not pay up!

they owe me $232.90 in commissions, & it continues to grow an additional $14 every month because of rebills & the thiefs still don't pay up.

Minimum payout is $50, and waaayyy back I contacted them gazillions of times for my payment & they never respond. I call their phone number several times & am on hold for hours & nobody ever answers.

Just a heads up for those who promote hosting companies,

lol, one of my first hosts. their customer support must use the same phone #.

Well.. every email I sent went in duplicate to all 4 email addresses shown on website & not once ever has anyone ever replied to me & I have been repeatedly sending emails since february 2006 regarding this... The phone calls were also pointless as I wait & wait & wait & no one ever picked up... I continued to email on a weekly basis & no response so come April 2006 I stopped emailing altogether as it was apparent that velcome never had any intentions of paying out.

Here it is over a year later & the balance owed to me continues to grow every month by an additional $14 because of a customer who rebills every month.

anyway, yes, I'll contact you & hope to get paid, but still find it odd that previously I've been ignored until going public

Well.. I chatted with alex today who took a look into it & says that my account wasn't in the database or they couldn't find it, even though I'm able to login & get stats?? Anyway.. from what I'm told, I'll be getting paid..

If I get paid, I'll make sure I post to say so

AlexV took care of this for me & I was paid today & whatever the problem was has been fixed.

Apparently this was not intentional & some tech error that has been fixed so that this does not happen again

Good to see this matter was resolved.

Out of curiousity, was that "glitch" also responsible that he got on-hold the phone line several times for hours??? No fun, i'am really curious to understand what kind of glitch caused that never someone answered him on phone

ah..k.. resolved again.. just paid up to date.

Will see what happens 4 months from now when next rebill payment is due

so that technical glitch also made those emails disappear?

i'm going to leave this here until the next payment comes in.

Well my last recurring referred customer nets me $14 a month so won't be due for 4 months when it's over the $50 minimum payout.
