    doesnt the tb spider revisit the page everyday?

    it does but not each day... the guy has a script that looks for the TB spider, once the TB spider visits it is presented with another page containing the links.. regular surfers or other spiders don't get to see the backlinks

    Yes but that is one of most common methods in black hat also know as cloaking-where one page is showed to search engine and other to surfers or in this case link exchange partners.

    I see my links when visiting from google, from type in or from one of my sites, and see my links on the sites on view source, am I missing something?
