Thread: Scamming Affiliate -> Mary Rueb -> fuckhardcore(dot)net -> MTACC INC

Just giving a heads up to a quite thorough scamming affiliate.

Here are the details we have:

Affiliate trickles in sales to one of our slower sites. This actually makes it easier to track.
Affiliate uses same username/password combinations. Also makes it easier to track. The username is usually the first name + a double digit number. Password is usually last name + same double digit number.

Affiliate uses the name "Mary Reub"
Affiliate's site is fuckhardcore(dot)net
Affiliate's "company name" is MTACC INC
MTACC INC's website is MTACC Incorporation
The contact information on this website matches the information from this affiliate.

Contact information is as follows:

San Ramon,CA 94583

Fax #: 866-638-7080

They also claim to have a Store in Washington as well as in Russia.

Upon calling both the San Ramon, CA number and the Washington numbers, we get forwarded to the exact same voicemail, which is a Russian person by the name of Vslava Vichkoffsky (sp?)

This affiliate seems to be running a semi organized little ring here, even their "check cashing" website is an obvious cover site. So we're submitting all of this information publicly in the event anyone else is being scammed by these tards. We also encourage people to report these individuals and this "company" to the various fraud authorities out there with the hopes of giving these scum what they deserve.

After further investigating, MTACC does appear to be a legit business. They are actually a 3rd party check-cashing company.

People can somehow use their address and their company name to receive checks (using a sub-account number) from affiliate programs like ours. How that is legal, I have no idea. For all I know we could be sending money to Osama Bin Laden.

Anyway, the problem is not with MTACC Inc, but rather this "Mary Rueb" of fuckhardcore(dot)net who uses MTACC Inc to receive and cash checks

So moral of the story:

- MTACC Inc., 3rd party check cashing company.
- "Mary Rueb" of fuckhardcore(dot)net, sending fraud credit card sales

So the question you need to ask yourselves is this:

If you have affiliates you send checks to through MTACC Inc (or something similar), you may want to take a close look at their sales.

You have to wonder why someone feels the need to use such a service.

In "Mary Ruebs" case of fuckhardcore(dot)net, it was to keep a buffer between "her" and the program she was trying to cheat.
