Thread: The Public Shitlist & Cheaters - scammer wants to try to cheat LC - NO WAY!

I may have need to call someone out here soon.

Loaned them money over two weeks ago, that plus
an older loan they have very slowly been paying off
over a very long time, basically their word to me,
over two weeks ago that they would pay me this
certain amount the next day. Now during this
past two weeks, delays, excuses, anything but
actually delivering what was promised. 2 weeks.
Loaned the person a small amount of money on
Monday Dec. 6th, they promised they would pay
me back an amount including what they had
previously owed to me + the new small amt.,
and a little more, the next day, Tues. Dec 7.

Nothing but waiting and excuses from them since.

They also treat me as if I am bugging them when
I have to get back in touch with them to try to
get them to finish our biz in the right way.

They pretend they are to busy or say that
when I tell them I haven't gotten payment
yet, that he hasn't got time for "chit chat".

They tell me they are waiting for epass to load for them,
for other people to pay them so they can pay me, on & on.

My agreement was with them, and they initiated the whole deal.

I didn't ask it from them first, they asked of me first,
and was their own words in their promise as to the terms.

Several times in this past week, they keep telling me
they're paying me, it's being arranged etc. "tomorrow".

So now, over two weeks after he said he would deliver,
I have gotten more & more ignoring me by that person.

This isn't anywhere near to being unclear. It is clear.

They played me for a fool and I don't think they intend to pay me back.

I firstly want to convey my deepest sincerest apology to Lawrence Connor and anbody else who thinks I have wronged them, but the fact is I would rather slit my wrists than upset Lawrence! I just want eveyone to know I have settled the account now, as I have been busy over xmas, and that is all. Please, let's be friends again, and start the new year with a bang! That's another reason the business is going down the tubes because of so many cowboys and people relinquishing their responsibility's to their programs and their affiliates. This dave the butcher person is another i remember the complaints of how he treated people on his board on greenguy and jim's and that was 5 years back or so and nothing has changed these maggots are still managing to thrive! Anybody questions his authority then they get banned and if he scams someone and they bitch about it elsewhere he twists the situation around to make himself look like the injured party and everyone else the liar and that way he continues to pull the wool over his board's users and sponsors. I would say there is a grocery list of people who have had a beef with this person over the years and I know times are tough and a lot more programs are going to the wall but you pretty quickly realise who are the real scumbags in the game with no excuses. Recently it has been a trend of a number of programs not paying their affiliates to have only coughed up when they go to other boards and complain about being treated unfairly and then they come on and make lame excuses and apologetic remarks in favor of covering up their behaviour and this post above is yet another example of the bullshit smokescreen. My advice is to drop it and move on and that goes for anyone and any situation that's my 2 cents worth anyway. Have a better one peeps!

I have not been paid by him. I still await for him to settle up fairly with me on what he not only agreed to, but even initiated himself with me prior to his banning and ignoring me again recently for merely expecting him to honor his word to me on our arrangement (he stated what it was to be never-mind (even more than) agreeing to it) that has long since went the way of providing yet another proof that the individual in question is not trustworthy.
