He stopped promoting Zango, but it's quite obvious he doesn't give a fuck about others' opinions and has no problem accepting shady ads. In other words, he'll likely do it again in the future, so trade with him at your own risk.

I met the guy face to face once and have talked to him on the phone on numerous occasions. We even ran a site together once. He's pretty cool offline, but yeah, he's got a serious attitude online. His site does send me back 2x as much as I send him though, and the traffic seems pretty productive, so I can't complain about that.
