    Should be permanently shitlisted until this program dies or get new owners. This guy is obviously not one you wanna do biz with.

    That is exactly what i did after he paid me, when this thread started. There are tons of sponsors who pay on time, no need to promote those that don't pay without you begging them for weeks.
