I'm sorry but i have to let this be known . i have no idea what i have done to these people but i woke up one day all my sites were down i checked my emails they were no emails from hostican i contacted them and this is what they said to me.

NOW - I'm all with understanding their terms what i don't like is the fact that all of this took place on jan 27 . it is now March 12 i have not gotten a backup of my server . No one has returned my 217 phone calls and messages and i'm still counting.
I think it's very unprofessional to do this to people who have been spending $1000's of dollars at your company .
i sent several emails in the last month . i even once got someone on the phone 2 days ago after the heard my domain name they put me on hold and cut me off . no answers to my questions about my servers content. basically i lost 5 years of my work which is worth over $400,000 . not to mention the 4 other popular sites i was hosting . whom content i cant say what happened to it. i have to pay these people back because their now suing me.
here is the very last email i got from them

well this was promising i have been waiting and waiting still hvent seen my hard-drive. trying to contact them by phone in hopes to recover my content and they treat me like shit on a stick.
im very mad i cant express that any more.
i cant see why i wasn't contacted to move my service some place else before they did this to me .i would of happily left . but this is totally wrong to hold my content . it;'s not like i have a unpaid bill i faithfully spent $344 for the last year and then this happen . no one has answers and they want me to take this laying down .
i have contacted my lawyer and we are working on recovering my content .
i guess im posting this in hopes that hostican can fine the decency to speak to me and let me know whats happening with my belongings. this is totally unfair .
