Thread: Etology/new AVNads

I am sure Etology is blacklisted already, but I figured I'd add to it here (since it also includes the new AVNads). For people that are unaware, the AVNads runs off etology's ad platform and is also ran by them, so for all intense and purposes they are etology. I got this email today:

Dear (me),
While processing payments for December 2007, the account review team flagged your account because they were unable to locate any ad spaces on your registered site. Due to this, a temporary hold was placed on the payment. For consideration to have the hold released, please provide the following: - Links to show where ad spaces are located on your site (required: test page acceptable) - 3rd party statistics (examples of 3rd party statistics programs include Analytics, Extremestats, OneStat, etc.) - Statistics should be from December 2007 and show the following metrics: - unique visitors per day (required) - pageviews per day (required) - geographic breakdown (if available) After sending the stats please allow 5-10 business days for review.

I pulled there ads after 5-7 days of promoting them and receiving shit for PPC revenue. Nothing was shady about anything and I only made a bit over $50. Yet since I am no longer displaying their ads (cause they suck) I am forced to show you in dept stats of my site in addition to NOT getting paid for 5-10 business days? Yea, fuck you guys. Hope you enjoy your $50.
