Spamming my whois e-mail with their stupid offers. They also broker ads for sites which engage in extensive trading of stolen content.

Did you guys ever reply and ask to be removed from their mailing list. I asked someone at etology who was writing me that I was not interesed after the second email. I asked him to remove me from his list, and I never recieved another email from him. Maybe try replying with a deny? Worked for me anyway...

I can only apologize about your frustrations with our company. We actually had a pretty hard sales push which is why webmasters are receiving e-mails. I understand that certain webmasters don't want us e-mailing, but we usually try to ask since a majority of webmasters with decent traffic want to try to monetize their traffic.

I'm sure if you reply with a "not interested" or vent your frustrations, our sales reps will not send additional follow up e-mails. We try very hard to respect the wishes of webmasters once we know if they are interested or not. Just an FYI, I'm not part of the sales team, I'm part of the support team. Hopefully, we can prove ourselves over the course of time.

I also want to mention that our mailings are not sent via a mailing list. These are individuals who proactively look and research domains for potential partnerships with webmasters in which we e-mail the website owner to see if they are interested in internet advertising revenue. We do not use any type of automated systems to look for business.

Nevertheless, you're shitlisted. I don't appreciate getting UNSOLICITED e-mails ONCE, even less REPEATEDLY. I don't give a fuck if your sales reps are nice or not. I DON'T WANT YOUR FUCKING SHIT IN THE FIRST PLACE, so I shouldn't have to ASK to be removed from a mailing list.

Also, you're well known for supporting content theft sites by brokering ads for them. Those sites steal content from members of THIS industry, making it harder for all of us involved to make an honest buck. You use that to enrich yourselves. I have no pity for you, you're scum of the earth.

As mentioned, you aren't on a list. We just look for decent websites if they specify they would like advertising, we approach them. If the site specifies that the owner is not interested in advertising, we move on. If there is nothing, we just shoot an e-mail to ask. I believe you're lumping a legitimate business proposal with spam.

Just to be clear, we do not earn anything unless the webmaster earns something. We inform webmasters of any user compalints and advise publishers to remove any copyrighted material when copyright owners ask. If they don't after a period of time, then we remove them from our network all together. I'm sure what I'm writing here is going to get us out of the 'shitlist' nor is pity necessary. I'm just going to put out there that ill will is not intended from our e-mails.

How does it come that you still work with rapidshare.de ?? On GFY your company claimed you would remove the adds/partnership serveral months ago and now i check and see that you still broker these adds, how does it come?

An UNSOLICITED business proposal sent to someone you don't know and have no prior business relationship with IS spam, you fuckhead.

Rapidshare.de no longer accepts file uploads and hasn't for some months now. We've also worked with people from the EU in regards to rapidshare.de. They complied with all legal requests in good faith and in a timely manner. I'm sure if you submit a request to Rapidshare about copyright infringement they'll check it out. We cannot be responsible for what the hosts users upload to their sites, there are several well known companies that run with the same business model. For GFY, I wasn't aware of those claims. Please PM me the info and I'll have a look.

Spam has two parts, one is that the message is sent unsolicited, two the message was sent in bulk. I won't stir the pot anymore. Thanks for hearing us out.

Here some statements from "Lord Aga" ( i guess he's your boss )

as i said before if you can find a single ad on a torrent site that promotes netpondads than the whole program is toast!

The listings will be removed shortly OR I`ll pull the NetpondAds program completely.

That said they are busy programming the ability to take various sites out of our white label. Its just not ready yet. If its not done soon I`ll bust out of our contract with them.

Rapidshare is gone and I`m working on any other file sharing sites that abuse our industry.

So i guess all claims and statements from Lord Aga are just smoke and dust than after you are defending and supporting rapidshare.de?!?!
