I'm sorry if I'm boring but following is what I did to fix:

- I have found that code in common.php:

   if (time() % 30 == 0) return base64_decode($head2);
   else return $head;
}

- then I have clear that awful piece:

   $head2 = "";
   if (time() % 30 == 0) return base64_decode($head2);
   else return $head;
}

- I hope this is enough, so I'm testing now and everything seems to be ok, I will testing and testing till boredom, to ensure that this will work properly.

Just for other webmaster that could meet the same problem:
The solution above is not right, because sometimes can give an error trying to reach the folder and not a page.
So I'm using this one now:

}

Till now I did not find problems.

No problem man, i just hate to see innocent people get labeled as cheaters and scum for stuff they didn't do, that code is correct, it will work the way you have it

if anyone else has any problems with cjultra, let me know, i am willing to help out, as if anyone noticed by his board, hes gone MIA and doesn't care about cjultra for quite a few years... I have ton of experience working with the script.
