i discussed this with you, and as you can see from our convo, i repeated several times. i'm sorry we don't reveal our sales stats to the public, since we are a private business. our sales stats include ALL of our chargebacks, credits, etc. Statsremotes shows you a certain percentage. your stats your citing are from all time. our system doesn't go by all time but smaller time intervals. i'm sorry you feel like we screwed you over, but you essentially cost us more money than you helped us make in a pay period.
This is screenshot from my stats, sorry it's from SR but as my account is closed I cannot make it from the program stats. What I keep reading on ICQ is, that I make more loss to bangbross than profit. Just in case you do not see it, I am on REVSHARE not per signup.

Just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. If a guy sends you sales for years and then happens to fall on the negative side of chargebacks for one pay period you close his account and don't inform him of it so you can steal his traffic until he figures out he needs to remove your links?

Just to make things clear:
1. Steve tried to help and I do really appreciate that
2. Bangbros closes accounts just because they feel so - point blank... They do not give you numbers as the reason just say that you cost them more than they earn on you.
3. Bangbros closes accounts without any notice nor warning to gather the traffic before the stupid webmaster notices he gets no credit for it
4. Bangbros is private company so their stats are private - fine
And just some final words. What I understand is that 'my' members charged back more than I ever made to bangbros. What does it mean? It means, that either the members area people get after they pay is piece of shit and does not fit the advertised or there is other reason why people charge back like xsells or any other 'negative practice'.
Sorry to say that, but even if my account got enabled, I would not be able to trust such a program again.

I will say that the worst part of this situation is not informing an affiliate when his account is closed, even worse when the guy has been sending sales for a long time. IMHO it's stealing pure and simple. It couldn't be very hard to draw up a form email and zap it to the affiliate when you can his account.
Bump to warn others. My BangBros account got frozen today too. Luckily I don't have much sales with them. Removing all their galleries now and I suggest everyone do the same before they screw you over too.
I assume they shave, that would explain why Steve so hardly "claims" their stats looks different... perhaps it was but 200 sales, 300 rebills and 25 credits or so..

I think whats going on here is that bangbros has access to stats which is not reported to webmasters. Perhaps when someone chargebacks after 3 months or something? I don't think they would cancel an account because they made less that what they earned for 1 month - I think they might look at 6 months stats. And I think it's fair to say that all that info can't be easily incorportated into the stats they report to webmasters, which in turn ends up on stats remote.
However the question then has to be asked why are people charging back so much - what is bang bros doing wrong that nasty dollars sites are not doing. I'd assume it's probably the fact that they have a site which sells better and they are trying to exploit it with cross sells left right and centre which is causing the chargebacks. If you're sending them experienced surfers then the surfers will charge back and bang bros cancels your account. If you have lots of inexperienced surfers (ie lots of google traffic for certain keywords) then they won't know about chargebacks and shit.
I have never ever had a problem with nasty dollars though which is the same company I believe. They have consistently paid me on time for at least 8 years.

The reason I was given for my account cancellation was NOT because of chargeback but because they say my account looks "suspicious", they request my IDs. I told them to fuck off, and I rather promote something else.
I also removes all Nastydollars and shit. I don't need their shit, there are other affiliates out there to promote.
