    Default Anyone know which webmaster has this ip?

    Motherfucker from ip 68.117.75.103 spent some time ripping, downloading and copying one of my sites, if anyone knows what webmaster is on this ip, please let me know.

    I actually don't know him, but based on one site. He's from Madison, Wisconsin, Washington DC. Try Geobytes and look for the IP locator found at the upper right of the page.

    You can find the origin and ISP of the IP address using the IP tracking services and complain to the ISP.

    Sorry, but the IP was just simple using a site ripping software, downloading everything you had in root - one horny dude... not cool at all. But there is a lot of horny people these days!

    yes you can catch that guy using network tools ,
    but some times those hackers change their ip address , at this situation we cannot find those hackers.

    Yes, I concur. It could also be the result of some sort of spidering software run amok. To give an example of what someone may be doing: I once worked on a project which scoured the internet looking at the EXIF data of each and every photo. It was basically a spider which sought out pictures and transversed links. Nothing really malicious. If it found a picture of interest it would then download it and retain it while throwing everything else out save for the purposes of obtaining more links.

    You can't be sure the person is actually copying anything for publication unless you find the copy published elsewhere on the internet. Chances are the person who did this is not a webmaster but a surfer as Ripper (strange coincidence there. ) hints.
