And that proofes what? Nothing! You can't use content that isn't licensed to you, that easy and you can use content that you find on the internet just by downloading it or having it "submitted", again that easy.

Dude.. you need to get the hell out of "user-submissions" for your galleries. You are going to wind up on the end of an infringement lawsuit and ignorance to the issue is not an argument in a court of law.

are you sure it's exclusive content and not available through any content provider or broker?
I'am not into content as i use only FHGs so that's why i ask?!

The gallery and following paysite got my attention because they don't have any 2257 links on them. If they are not US based they don't have of course, but still strange i think....

Positive. It was the copyright owner, Aron, who sent me the information. Yeah.. the 2257 are nowhere to be found. Very odd indeed.

well, there are sites that list user submitted content in them, i own a couple myself, a BBS and a paysite and yes, people submit their own photos or by email or by special web forms, they agree to a number of rules before that and there's no way for them to sign any legal papers as like if they were models or so.
I don't think it's illegal to post those pics, there are some issues of course, but with the number of mobile phones with cams and digital cams all over the world, people shoot their own home made stuff every hour and if they wish their content to be exposed online, i don't see a problem.

I myself review all of the content i get submitted manually one by one and always delete all watermarked and suspicious stuff as i care what will be shown on my sites. Sometimes, i delete photos that look to have too young people in them, etc.... but i get them rarely submitted. If i get complains about one or other photo, i surely remove it.

So, what would be 100% correct way to get those home made pics submitted for showing them on websites and have the legal side of that fulfilled as well?

I am not concerned with amateur pics.. I am concerned with copywritten content.

i see, well, as i said, i'm manually reviewing each pic and i have an eye to see if the photo is taken by a pro and studio equipment and when it is watermarked, but on the other hand, we are all humans, there's a presumtion that sometimes some bad pic could slip away...
