If you are happy with sponsor programs that don't count part of your traffic, have traffic holes or any otherwise shave you, fine, so we won't see any posts and complains of you and nation-x about such sponsors than.
So now a bit more seriously, we are talking here about an EU country, not a china, not sanzibar and not north-west-afghanistan, it just can't be like that that everybody begins just to redirect countries he might be monetize somehow directly better and shave his trade partners.
How i said, somehow i have some understanding for china, korea and some similars which have indeed a very very little chance to convert currently, but the cases like the ones we had with australian traffic redirecting and now czech traffic is just a bit to far, this has no more anything to do with traffic cleaning but just cheating it's trade partners.
Come one, the valid argument for redirecting was traffic cleaning which isn't really valid for a middle european country.
